FDNS fails to interview or have ANY contact with the alien accused of committing fraud, and fails to review the over 300+ complaint w/evidence. What other law enforcement agency would consider this an adequate investigation?
On 12/14/15 a member of Immigration Crime Victim Advocates contacted the Fraud Detection Unit in California in reference to a case that was referred to Officer Cesar Escobar for investigation by the St. Paul Field Office who (based upon the evidence submitted by the informant) flagged the case for fraud.
During that phone call Officer Escobar admitted he ONLY interviewed the informant/petitioner, and FAILED to interview, much less ever have ANY communication with the alien, prior to sending the application on for approval. Officer Escobar also failed to review the over 300 page complaint w/evidence of fraud.
Office Escobar also in an angry voice exclaimed, "What have you suffered but emotional harm?!" Admitting that victims of fraud have suffered, yet failing to perform his duty to investigate and protect American victims.
How can the FDNS consider this an adequate investigation of Immigration Marriage Fraud?
How can the FDNS know whether the alien provided false information or not, without interviewing him?
This is precisely why USCIS programs are rampant with fraud.
